Availability is determined for the selected model, service route and payment method. Access to the website or successful registration does not by itself establish eligibility for every model or payment service.
Check the service you intend to use
Lexelane does not publish a single worldwide country list that guarantees every catalog model. Model-service providers and payment providers can apply different country, organization, end-user and end-use restrictions, and these can change. Before adding credit for a regional or regulated deployment, contact support with your country or region and intended models. Do not send identity documents or sensitive customer data in an initial inquiry.
Legal and provider restrictions
You must follow applicable laws, sanctions and export controls, the selected model’s policies and any communicated route restrictions. Do not use false location information, a VPN, proxy, another person’s account or an intermediary to evade an applicable restriction. We may restrict an account, IP range, region or model route to meet legal, provider, payment or security requirements. Technical reachability is not authorization to bypass these requirements.
Payments, data and changes
A supported card or wallet does not establish model eligibility, and model eligibility does not guarantee a payment method. Requests may be processed across borders; we do not promise a particular data-residency region or provider-wide zero retention. Review the privacy policy before submitting sensitive information. If availability changes after a top-up, contact support to review the remaining credit under the refund policy and applicable law.
